Lummi Jesus Bible Camp
Trip Tentative Dates: June 27 - 30, 2024
Team Leaders: Jeff Shaw/Kim Allen
Trip Purpose: To be the hands and feet of Jesus, teaching Lummi Nation children about Jesus, the Bible and prayer while having fun in a camp setting.
Who/What is Lummi Jesus Bible Camp? The Lummi Jesus Bible Camp is a fun, jam-packed sleepover camp for Lummi Nation children. The purpose of the camp is to allow kids to just be kids and have the best time learning about Jesus.
What will the team be doing? The team sent out to Lummi will have the opportunity to build meaningful relationships and share the love of Jesus with some amazing kids. There are many roles team members may play in this camp: small group leader, assistant, cook, etc. Team members will help with some preparation work for the camp, play fun games with the kiddos, lead group discussions, crafts, etc. You will be required to attend 4-5 team meetings prior to camp.
